Enrollment in the Program
You must submit an Spa Private Label Affiliate Application from our site. After
we carefully review your application, we will notify you of your acceptance
or rejection to the Program. We may reject your application (at our sole
discretion) if we feel you or your site is unsuitable or inconsistent with
the mission of Our Spa Private Label Affiliate Program. If your site is accepted,
Our Spa Private Label Affiliate Program may terminate this Agreement anytime
thereafter if your site is determined (at our sole discretion) to be unsuitable
for the Program. Only sites based in the Canada and United States are eligible
to participate in the Our Spa Private Label Affiliate Program. If we reject
your application, you may reapply to the Our Spa Private Label Affiliate
Program at any time in the future.
Promotion of Our Spa Private Label Affiliate Program
Upon your acceptance as an Affiliate Site, we will make available to you logo
graphics and textual links (the "Links"), which, subject to the terms and
conditions hereof, you may display as often and in as many areas of your
site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member
of Our Spa Private Label Affiliate Program and will establish a link from
your site to ours.
Please Note: The prices listed includes the bottle, cap,
one color silkscreen for hair care products and a gold peel and stick label
for skin care products and the ingredient.
Shipping options
For large orders and mailing orders use the shopping cart to place your
order then select "Will call with shipping instructions" at
the bottom of UPS shipping, we will ship by your option.
