SHIPPING METHODS

We need a signature at your end to insure delivery.

UPS shipping cost is calculated automatically. For large orders and registered mailing orders use the shopping cart to place your order then select "Will call with shipping instructions" at the bottom of UPS shipping, we will ship by freight truck, post office or your option.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

During the checkout process, if you check the box to insure your order, the shipping total presented on the checkout page will include the cost of insurance.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All credit card orders are processed and shipped within one to five business weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed by electronic check through Pay Pal won't ship until the funds have cleared, which may add an additional four days to delivery time. We ship world wide. Standard orders take two to four weeks to manufacture.

ORDER STATUS

After ordering, you can check your order status on the order status page. You will need to enter your Order ID (Cart Number not conformation number) and email address.

Fraud checks are performed on all Credit Card orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express through our credit card processor by phone. You may also pay with Pay Pal.

All credit card, debit card, and electronic check transactions are handled on Pay Pal's secure web sites. OLS Corp. does not store your credit card information on its servers.

Your charges will show up on your credit card statement as Our Little Secret Corp

SALES TAX

British Columbia residents must pay 7.0% provincial tax. Canadians residents must pay 5.0% general sales tax.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we take great care when entering prices, it is possible that an item may be accidentally mispriced. In the unlikely event that this occurs, and an item's correct price is lower than the price indicated on our website, we will refund the difference to you. If an item's correct price is higher than the price indicated on our website, before shipping the item we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

MINIMUM ORDERS

When ordering there are 3 divisions hair, skin and makeup each with their own minimums. Some online orders may not be filled do to that divisions minimum.
